I'm not really that much into looks. As long as they're not so huge that they can't fit through the car door or they have snot hanging out of their nose, I'm fine. It wouldn't hurt for them to be pleasant to look at.

But I do consider personality to be the most important aspect. He has to make me laugh, he has to be a "1 woman man," not into drugs, has a great amount of respect for girls, and just overall a great person to be around.
