466 Completed, plus whatever the others count for (that part of the system confuses me, so I'll let someone else do that part!)
My Bounty Hunter quests are complete, just semi-stuck. When I went to finish the HH one, I accidently re-activated the BF one instead at first, so the HH one won't officially complete.
Same with Festival of Lights, that one is complete and is sitting on round 2. I cheated and turned in Gelts from last year
I can provide a more detailed SS of those quests's info proving that I did indeed do them if that will make them count.
