How can it be illogical when they're not pokémon that rely on their physique? They rely on psychic powers.
There is nothing illogical about body size becoming smaller and still becoming stronger.
If it was something like conkeldurr evolving and then becoming timburr then i'd agree that it's pineappleing illogical. But not when it's something that relies on psychic powers.
