Lets hope they'll fix it fast, although if Nexon says 'TBD', they don't know what to do most of the times...
As others have speculated, the easiest but least desirable way would be to rollback all the affected servers to a time before this began happening. Other than that they might have to contact Nexon Korea for a fix since this would need to be properly patched.
Either way it doesn't look good for GMS right now.
