The best way to deal with spirit breaker is the buddy system and wards. Stick together and keep an eye open.

I will miss tauren chieftain, but elder titan is cool too. (He was called Tauren Chieftain in dota1, but due to copyright and stuff he's now elder titan, still pretty cool.)
