Besides the limit, they're pretty rare, definitely not as common as Tempest equips, such that I wasn't able to get one equip every day even after hunting boxes for hours specifically just to get an Empress equip from them.
Daaang, even with 2x drop? If so, that blows.
Aw well. At least it's going on for the whole month.
