Correcting the misunderstanding is getting really, really irritating.
It's no different in Nexon NA forums/facebook/twitter. Or, for that matter, I've seen that error on SP as well. Anyone who works for Nexon or is a mod or volunteer on their forums is "GM". (And a "GM" is assumed to have the power to fix hardware, software, data, billing issues, and the user's PC. Also to read minds.)
