I think that was removed, I personally didn't bother with it since it doesn't make a big difference at any point. I might accept the free Use slot expansion tomorrow if I remember.
With the exp boost for new characters, 1-60 is pretty much all done while doing mainline quests anyway. I did the Bowman intro stuff, Gold Beach, and Chryse - didn't even get to Mushroom Kingdom, and quit Kerning Mall partway when Gold Beach unlocked. I also did some grinding for familiar cards but mostly that was on mobs that weren't good exp.
Not sure where I'll go in 3rd job - I suppose there's the Sakura Castle. For me, part of the nostalgia is spending more time grinding, so I'm trying for the Veteran Hunter medal (100k kills in a month).
