The good: The Resident Assistant team for this year won Outstanding Group at a leadership awards ceremony tonight
The bad: To give perspective, had a friend with benefit, things going good, we run across her exboyfriend who she hadnt talked to after he broke up with her, she stops being "with benefits" with me because she still has feelings for him, with hopes to get back together.
So, last week, we were all eating dinner together with a group a friends, and it eventually came down to being just the ex, her, me, two other girl friends, and another guy friend. There is this girl that the guy friend likes, and me and the ex found out earlier that the same girl actually likes the ex. We told him that we (the ex and myself) have something to tell you later, because the ex was smart enough at the time to not speak of such things as love in front of his exgirlfriend/my friend. Our guy friend couldnt take the hint, and kept trying to guess what it as that we were going to tell him, and some of his guess were funny and just missing the mark (one was that the girl he likes is into jewish men, and the exboyfriend is jewish, I lawled hard). Eventually we just tell him to get him to stop guessing, and shortly after, all the girls leave.
pomegranate hits the fan, and we find out that my friend returned to her room balling her eyes out because she thought her exboyfriend liked the girl, but he didnt (back to that in a sec), and I am caught in the crossfire because I was laughing about our friend guessing at it.
Currently, she wont talk to me (though I can try making it up to her in a week or two), and its KILLING me. I didnt really have feelings for her beyond physical, but after spending time with her, I've come to realize that I actually like her. I mean, it made me depressed when we stopped the "with benefits" part. Switching back to her exboyfriend, he is apparently now trying to get with the girl that likes him, that our other friend likes, so its turning into a clusterfuck with them at the moment.
I really need less drama in my life. And to find a girl that will like me back when I like them beyond friendship
