So the Coordinator of the Organic Chemistry department has decided to, "give us another chance" by administering the American Chemical Society's standardized, Organic Chemistry exam here on campus. We have the option of taking it and if we do well on it, he will replace our current two exam scores with a score scaled from the ACS's exam.
Holy balls, made my day when I read through that email. Since it's a national exam, I am hoping that they do not go too in-depth with all the material. It's only 70 questions, multiple choice, and two hours long. This would completely change my projected final grade if I do well, but I have Exam III coming up this weekend, then this exam the week after, and lastly the final exam a week after that. And I still have other courses.
A daunting three weeks to look forward to...
