You have 282 attack or more (possibly even more) and 63% stat with the MoN on. A 9% stat pendant to replace your MoN would theoretically give you 5.5% increase in DPS before MW without your MoN, so count up your WA and see if that ~10WA from your MoN gives you more or less increase in DPS than a 9% stat eq.

Honestly, spend your money elsewhere. Your levelling up of your skills give you way more DPS increase than upgrading that pendant. I was about to suggest Mystic Set for some cheap (read: free) boost in damage but since your belt, pendant and earring slots are taken, you'll have to stick with getting a good cape. Do the Nova quests daily and grab a Nova cape, but that would take many many days.

[In case you're wondering, Mystic set comes from the Silent Crusade shop, accessible from your UI. The 3, 4 and 5 set bonus each gives 6 WA and 7 all.]
