In the high-res version of this picture, the 'first suspect' they circled is pretty obviously not the same dude - he's older and looks Chinese.

I figured it was mostly false, I was referring to the fact that they passed CISPA on the downlow while everyone was in an uproar. They really do politicize everything, at least from a "taking advantage of the situation" standpoint. That was shot down last year because there wasn't anything like this happening to give a cover.
