After two weeks I'm up to 10 whole pushups! (The real kind, not the girly knee kind.) Yea it's still pretty pathetic considering the shape I was in when I used to do taekwondo/judo/jujitsu, but whatever, huzzah for progress!
The hubby bought a dumbbell set and I've been commandeering it while he's at work. Just two and a half weeks before our trip to France, I'm so excited! I am a little bummed though that I don't see any real dramatic change in my physique or my weight considering I've been really good this month. Oh well, gonna keep it up and hopefully I'll see some differences in a month or two.
