Ok, here's a summary of everything I saw of note.
Mario & Luigi 4 :11th August in NA. 12th July in Europe (We win!)

Japan gets a Luigi-themed 3DS XL, Sold as a bundle with Mario & Luigi 4.

Mario Golf: World Tour now. Internet: global support for real-time play, leaderboards, communities (as in Mario Kart). Customisable rulesets for both online and local.
Mario Party 3DS announced. 7 boards.
DKCR includes a new easy mode with more health and some extra support items like a green balloon that saves you once from falling off. Original (wii) mode is still an option.

Yoshi's Island 3DS announced.
Mario vs. DK Mini-Mini Carnival 3DS eShop Over 180 stages. Also allows you to Download custom user stages. 4 types of mini-games. Summer 2013.
Bravely Default 3DS confirmed for NA and Eu. If nothing else, prepare yourself for amazing music!

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past II for 3DS! Set in the same world, but with all new puzzles and dungeons. Also, link can turned himself into a wall drawing and walk along walls! This is the first true top down zelda for nearly 10 years.

Interestingly, Europe and NA said it's out this year, but Japan has to wait until 2014.
Edit: Oh, and Oracle of Ages/Seasons out May 30th in europe and north america. I expect you all to buy these!
