Hmm. Assuming you use AEEs all the way and they cost pretty much nothing
1: 100% = free
2: 90% = 1.111 Superior Wards = 11000 NX
3: 80% = 12375 NX
4: 70% = 14143 NX
5: 60% = 16500 NX | 5000 + no-boom
6: 50% = 19800 NX | 6000 + no-boom
7: 40% = 24750 NX | 7500 + no-boom
8: 30% = 10000 NX + no-boom AEE
9: 20% = 15000 NX +
10: 10% = 30000 NX
11-15: 5% = 60000 NX
total: 453000 NX on wards/scroll shields if it was 7 stars without the no-booms.
(don't know exact meso:nx conversion of the 'fair price' of a no-boom but they go for about 20k NX equivalent on bera easily)

11-15 star isnt alway 5% you know?
the No boom AEE said 11+ star is 5% or LOWER
that lower mean the more star after 11 the % rate get even less

so the real value for this rate is

12:4%
13:3%
14:2%
15:1%
