Also, junk potentials. Several days later, I cubed it to 9% str and 6% mdef which currently equipped to my Mikhail in MSEA (KusanagiHaru) with 3 normal miracle cubes.
@cash used for cubing was completely from art commission fee.

That's not what I meant. I meant to say that we would not be able to get so many Tempest Rings that we'd be able to afford to fuse them.
