You lose more weight by doing fork putdowns and water pullups than deadlifts and bench press (in the short term, anyway).

I don't eat that much to begin with. Two meals a day most days of the week. No snacks, no soft drinks, no nothing really cause I have to live the next year on the measly $1k student loan leftover. Though to be fair, I primarily consume wheat, protein and very little fiber.
I'm doing cardio for healthiness's sake. Does pushups count as lifting? Or do I need proper gym membership?
