Item Drops and Finds Version 2 - Post BB

So basically any dropped item that comes with additional options or flamed at all with be placed with scissors? Is there such a thing as a fully tradeable additonal options item in general for anything?

It's not conditional, all items that drop have additional options, except the few items that aren't able to have it, but no, items that are dropped don't necessarily have scissor counts, only items above 140. Maybe 131+, I believe Loveless weapons also have scissor counts, but I don't know.

Basically, the only items with scissor counts are:
- All items over 140, or 131+, as I said above.
- Items that were flamed.

Current 140+ items won't automatically gain scissor counts, though, so as long as you don't flame your Empress stuff you can trade them as long as you want and have the scissors for it.
