Retiring? LOL. She doesn't look like she's in her 60's does she? Yep, I think she's moving on to another job probably because Nexon wouldn't promote her or raise her salary substantially/enough; more so than wanting "a new opportunity". That's how it usually is in the real world.

Yes, I said retiring. At the rate I'm going, I'm probably going to retire at the age of 40. Why couldn't she?
