Wait, so it only increases equip drop rate? or it increases drop rate when equipped? o.o

Hmm, that's an interesting way of looking at it, but I'm under the assumption that, it's on equip drops. You may be right though, I assume it's similar to the Avarice Pendant, which I thought was equip drops only, but now I see the description just says "rare items". The Avarice Pendant has the same set of variables, but with additional variables which are limits on which maps and mobs it can be used on.
