Yeah but asking a third time comes across as either dense or an odd sense of humor. Especially when one can literally google something that rare.

did google, but oh well, plus where i live we don't use our driver's licence as a form of identification. so i wanted to make sure it wasn't something else about the licence. either way, the question has been answered thoroughly by now.
