your old gear isnt going to be leagues worse than new, it just wont have additional options on it from the get go.

just use flame of reincarnation :l this seriously isnt that bad.

But then my items would become untradeable. We have enough untradeable equips in game as it is :/
There was no reason for them to make Flames give items a scissor count. Who does that benefit? It doesn't affect the economy, since all the best items drop after the patch. making them untradeable just pushes old items out of circulation, so that people cube and scroll new ones. Oh look, more money for Nexon, more inconvenience for players.
