Unscheduled Maintenance - April 9, 2013

Well I went there with the same cores as normal, with no changes to my alt.

Normally when the link 3 sucks monsters I can't kill them all before they respawn so its constantly giving me something to attack. Now I get breaks inbetween the spawns and nothing has changed about my character at all.

All I had to use was 30% population and x5 HP for a decent training but looks like will need a higher % only from drops now.

EDIT: I should clarify, the number of monsters seems the same, but the respawn timer is slower.

I think this is just a random glitch that occurs, it happened for me one time, but then the next time I went in the spawn was back to normal (using the same core both times)
It might just be some sort of server lag glitch

EDIT: to clarify, this happened to me before this maintenance.

Also, the confusing "this item expires on 4/23" text has been replaced with "This item can no longer be opened on 4/24", making it clear it is talking about the box, not whatever you took out of it.
(I still can't see the point of informing me of that when I've just opened the box and rendered the question (of when it would have expired) moot, but whatever.)

Some people *cough*basil*cough* really struggled with the concept and created about 20 threads a day saying "Do the items from the boxes expire?!?"

I swear the general populace of maplestory is unable to put 2 and 2 together without having a brain seizure.
