Sengoku shop is still around. At least in Aquarium, haven't looked anywhere else yet.
(Which does not change the fact that you should always complete event quests and use up event coins a day before the event is supposed to end. Nexon have this annoying habit of coding events to end on 0:00:00 instead of 23:59:59, which means ending a day early).
