Elin is always the answer...but if you want utility, Amani is the best choice. I was just saying that Baraka had some merits as well, but they are pretty much canceled out by the shorter attack range they have.
The number of cores you want to set there is in Resource Monitor in the CPU tab, the number of charts on the right side of that menu is your number of cores (the CPU 0 through CPU whatever your max is, the top chart is the total and the second chart is for the upkeep and stuff on the OS/services). Also, you want to check there to be sure it doesn't say "parked" next to CPU #. If it does, google how to unpark cores, as that will be a huge factor to slow gameplay as well.
