Lower tier characters just got an extreme influx of 6% and 9% tempest shoulder/belt/pendants, which makes potential extremely affordable for those slots, as 9% on its own is a pretty good merit for an unfunded person.

regardless, everyone benefits from the boxes spewing out goods. Its a pretty cool zone that I seriously underestimated. Its doing what I personally like the game to head to. Make potential more affordable(albeit the tempest stuff are stuck at 2 lined, I think its perfectly fair being that its always epic and easy as heck to obtain) as well as add some form of upper tier content(empress shoulder exclusivity, increase of empress capes that the market lacked for the most part sans thief).

Indeed, this is the kind of content I like. With some ingenuity the low to mid-tier players can at least make their way to mid-level bosses so they don't get bored so quickly while some may advance even further by fusing all the equips and going for 15% stat.
