There are many different kinds of Russelon Potions. Some heal your HP and MP. Some give 20 ATT. Some poison you for 10 minutes, some do seal and darkness...
One thing you can be sure of is that all 20 of yours are the same type. So if the first one healed your HP/MP, all of them will. I got this kind too, sucks.
