Emp heals at ~10% hp, which brings her to ~50%. If aggro messes up, or the damage done when she's close to healing is either too little or too much she will double heal, going to ~90%. This usually counts as one heal, sometimes it doesn't count at all.
When you have 35+ heals, and the timer is <9:59, if you don't do enough damage fast enough when she is in the "healing zone" (~10%-0% hp), she will "pseudo heal." This is the same amount as a normal heal and it amounts to nothing besides frustration and annoyance.

I just tried it and got potential locked 21 times, pigged while in Asura once, and banished while in Asura once.
Got 17 heals in. I think with 20k more range and 30% more resist I'll be posting here once more. ^^
