If you are asking one simple question ("Is the Ice Chair permanent?" "Why isn't my transform letting me into Santa's house?" "What is X item for?") it goes in the Amherst section.
If you're stuck on a quest ("I can't do the invisible jump quest, help?" "I have to make a choice, which one should I do?" "Do I really need to go to Alcaster to do the Christmas PQ?") then it goes in the quest section. People say no one replies there. Well, if you make threads, they will come! I assure you.
In summary: Stop posting these types of threads in general. I'm not interested in moving a half dozen topics every day. It's going to start earning infractions soon, especially if you do it deliberately.
