That adslot sees hardly any views as you can opt out of seeing it by default. It's not worth my money to remove the atrocity, although someone should put the poor thing out of its misery.

I actually can kill them, I've been a gold donor on SP for almost 2 years (I think). I haven't seen them at all, and still can't. I voluntarily decided to see what was going on with the ad slots, saw the worst gif animation I have ever seen, and decided to save everyone from the eyesore.
