Those epic Tempest EQ are spoiling the market... seriously. But then again, 6%LUK or something like that is poorer than 3%allstat for a Xenon. Pity indeed. Xenon's damage formula does make %stat stacking less effective... guess it's a kind of a tradeoff, and for hard stats to become dominant (3-4 of a stat ~ 1% of base stat...)
