So I ordered flowers for my gf when she came home, and it was specifically titled a lilly and rose basket. They got it there on time but it was NOTHING but roses. So I sent an email complimenting the fact they got it there on time, but the fact the basket actually had no lillies, not a single one. I explained I could send pictures and ya know, I'm not hoping for the picture quality advertised, it's unrealistic, but when you're missing what is essentially advertised it's not acceptable. So I initially read the email to see a $20 coupon, which to me, typical response, whatever. Turns out they also resent them with MORE lillies and roses and actually LOOKED like the advertised picture
