v.132 - Hyper Evolution Update Notes

I tried it on my DB with absolutely no buff duration and kept it up for 15 seconds.

Tried it a couple more times this morning, shortest lasted around 12.5 seconds and the longest was 16.9, so I guess it isn't being affected, must just be server lag.
