Can I get more detail about this? I only ever saw it when it came out of KMST and I assumed it hadn't changed since then, since no patch notes mentioned it.

You can't cast FtC until you hit a crit, and after you do it's at 1 stack until you cast it again ( for which you need to hit another crit, then it goes to 2 stacks, and you have to keep casting until you hit 5 stack). It has no cast time though so it's just more the hassle of hitting the same key over and over again. Not a big deal because I have an innate 41% crit rate, but it's still kinda annoying.

Each cast fully refreshes the duration though, so once you hit 5 stacks you just have to cast it once every ~2 minutes.
