You can get Boss Damage with additional potential starting at level 50 now, rather than 100%, max of 18% on a single line at Legendary. But that's only additional potential boss damage.

Are you telling me the max potential on a item is 12%x6 now?(without nebs) ._.

Turns out it's only like that on weapons. But even if it were, I wouldn't hold your breath to get those kind of potentials.
