Should schools provide condoms to students?

Uh. Condoms help prevent many STIs that can be transmitted through sexual fluids (semen).

I'm not talking about how can you get STI's but that he's saying that being pregnant is a disease.
"it can help pregnancy and other harmful diseases" as implying that pregnancy is a STI.
If he says "t can help pregnancy and harmful diseases" then it will be ok, I guess. As said below, just bad wording.
