Really, 4 hours is way too short for a patch with so much content. It means they're not planning on doing much sanity testing, if any. Pretty much guarantees a maintenance within a few hours of servers-up, once the users have tested the content and the biggest bugs have appeared on forums.

they did some internal testing at least, based on the false patch notice a few days back
