Given all this accuracy, HP Warriors stand to be able to hit most anything below lvl 90 with good consistency.
35 str means you'll be hitting 1's. You try fighting even a straw target dummy doing 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, etc (+ PG damage). Beginners can at least do moderate damage (esp with an arcglaive or maroon mop), enough to kill enemies relatively close to where other players would be training in their level bracket. Lack of HP or attacks is a completely different factor, but low damage monsters do exist. There is no monster beyond lv 20 or so that having 35 str is going to allow you to deal more than 1 damage to on a regular basis.
