This thread on Insoya, entitled 'Some Useful Information' groups them as follows (#40):

Group 1: Dark Bind (DS), Armageddon (Lumi), Bloody Imprison (DA)
Group 2: Smite (Paly), Confine Entangle (Xenon)

Dunno where Kanna fits in, but if she's in her own group, you could do continous binding with any of the Group 1 Binds, a Paladin (because Xenon's Bind only lasts like 15 seconds, I believe), and a Kanna.
