No they didn't, at least not Hayato or Kanna.
A Nexon Korea team specifically tasked with JMS exclusive content created them, not the KMS team. They admitted themselves in an interview that it's a completely separate team.
I have no idea who made DW/Jett, though.

Maybe. If JMS gets them, you can hope to be lucky. I wouldn't keep my hopes up before JMS gets them.
