Except if they actually took their time to put Hyper Skills on the knock-off classes, then it could at least seem like Hayato and Kanna's skills are in the works.

Not really since those are mere re-skins and could be done lazily while you can't say the same for Hayato and Kanna. I think the more obvious key would be if more servers get them since that would mean they've been upgraded to official classes and would therefore merit the same attention (Or lack thereof) as the other existing non-exclusives.
