Im surprised because they gave literally every other class their hyper skills, except the two newest ones that were just released.

Am I the only one that finds this logic absolutely retarded?

If it's not a class originally designed from kMS, then they won't have their Hyper Skills. I don't think the logic is retarded at all unless Jetts somehow get Hyper Skills.
