No, because KMS would have had to develop those and their headquarters are in Japan, which means the chances of any server EXCEPT for JMS getting Kanna and Hayato Hypers first is nearly zero.
That being said, given that they're spreading outside of Japan I'd almost bet we'll be seeing their Hypers within this year.
