As others have said, hayato and kanna have been out as long as Jett (6+ months), so I assume that they had adequate time to design some for them.
It also seems really, really, really dumb to me that they would give literally all other classes their hyper skills except the two newest classes they just released. I do not think that makes sense, and I think you feel the same way.
All the people that main kanna or hayato(hayato for me) are now left out in the cold while the rest of the family is inside opening and playing with their Christmas presents.
