So is Evolving World good for training-wise? Or item-wise? Or both? :o

I heard it was pretty good for training initially, but they nerfed it so it wasn't so good anymore, the item drops aren't that good, like they're not very frequent, but it's pretty good since you can hunt for a pretty specific item, like level 110 pirate armors, or Sapphire Ores (each ore/herb Core makes it drop one specific thing).
