Not when you're talking about killing Vellum, which he will have 300% PDR soon. You can have 2mil ~ 2mil range, but your damage will be utter pomegranate against him if you don't have an obscene amount of PDR Ignore.
Either you're overestimating the power in Unlimited, or you're severely underestimating the PDR changes.
