Like I said on their FB page, after they managed to bahleet their own CS items that weren't supposed to be removed yet during a maintenance that went over twelve hours the only thing I'm expected is a cross between a train and the first word of a popular Disney movie title released last year.
Seriously, asking people to guess that kind of thing when 95% of the non-hacker population is seething by now is just bad PR all around but I expected nothing less.
