Get a Chaos Vellum Hat or Get a Root Abyss Hat?

By the time we get both, we'll get unlimited patch, even if not alone, we can kill Vellum. Worst scenario is... we buy off hackers, which isn't unlikely at all. I hope it doesn't come to this though.

So the real question is, will hackers and their customers be allowed to keep their Chaos Vellum Hats... and their accounts.
