Sorry but I'm more on the train of Phantoms need the 30 second cooldown because having survivability,bossing,mobbing or ressurecting on the fly is a bit excessive. You got your stolen skill duration back so.. be happy about that.
It's just kind of a weird thing for them to do. Just cut the Cygnus Revamping when they're already nearing half way.
