Probably the most common idea is that either the hollow's ability or Masaki's power will somehow seal it (the hollow) in Masaki, and Isshin will impregnate her, and that results in Ichigo's triforce of hollow/quincy/soul reaper.
I feel like there'll also be a little flashback to when Masaki died. The Grand Fisher will be just derping around, and Ichigo's hollow awakens, scaring off the Fisher (who was probably curious as to why there was a high hollow energy?) and Masaki realizes this, and tries to protect Ichigo's hollow from completely awakening/escaping, dying in the process as the hollow cuts her and returns to Ichigo. Pretty stereotypical, but the whole Ichigo's self-guilt realization for his mother's death is too common of a theme in manga to pass up by Kubo.
